The Lord’s Preparations for Fresh Hope Event

I’ve got another cool story that speaks about how our days are ordered by The Lord. This is my most recent experience as of late. If you are not aware, SNF is collaborating with Fresh Hope Samoa Missions team led by Pastor Brian Warth and coordinated by assistant Pastor Eleitino Tuiasosopo from Chapel of Change – they will be in Samoa next month in April 2024. Cheehoo!!!!!

We are planning a Sunday Church in the evening on the 21st of April in front of the Government Building where they usually have the car shows and where many young people congregate. As event organizers, we understand, to execute a successful outreach, collaboration is key! and in the last couple of weeks, although I’ve been extremely busy carrying many different roles and responsibilities – I endeavor to make time and sit down with key leaders who I can share the vision of Fresh Hope in hopes for potential partnership!

I’ve sat down with Mrs. Clara Ah Kuoi who is the Founder of Light of Hope and Faith Angels Foundation, I met up as well with Pastor Morgan Gegera who is the Director for Every Home for Christ, not forgetting my uso Sam Lei Sam Matafeo from TV1 and President of the Samoa Pride Outfitting Car Club, and along with other leaders of faith. Another individual I had intended to connect with was Pastor Chris Aloalii. As we mapped out our plans months ago, I learned that he is the president of a Car Club proudly showcasing the JESUS brand, with the superman-like diamond shape shield. It’s worth noting that despite the names I mentioned earlier, Pastor Chris was someone I have never seen or have met in person.

Just a couple of days ago, my dad had an errand to purchase a Wi-Fi Router from Digicel and he was set to send one of the boys to get it, just at the last minute, I’m like, oh right! They’re gonna need to register this router under someone, it might as well be me, so last-minute change, I’ll go! It should be quick. I go to the SNPF Plaza where I entered the Digicel space and Worship Music was playing loud, inwardly I’m like; this is like Revival, it is when Worship music is prevalent over the secular atmospheres.

I said hi to cousin Loto at the door and I walked over to inquire the guy at the counter for a Wi-Fi Router, while he was getting it, a random man next to me who was there at Digicel being served as well just out of the blue asked about our SNF Spontaneous Night service, and how he was following, watching and mentioned his connection to the recent speaker, I assumed, oh! We’ve got someone here following the ministry, just casually we exchange dialogue and talked briefly and he was very respectful and a well spoken person.

Just as I finished signing the paperwork for the router, I just felt a prompting to ask for this man’s name in which I did, and it turned out…Yes you guessed it ” His name is Chris Aloalii! Haha! 

I mean, what are the chances that you meet with someone that you have put on your to-do list to meet.
It’s truly remarkable when you consider the timing of it all. Out of the ten thousand and eighty minutes in a week, my dad randomly decided to get a Router precisely on that particular day and time. I don’t make regular trips to Digicel, so the odds of us both being there at that exact moment are astounding. It’s moments like these that reaffirm my belief in God’s divine plan for our daily lives. Proverbs 16:9: “In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.”


Truly, God’s ways are beyond our understanding, and His attention to the smallest details of our lives is awesome!

Another correlating incident, earlier this same week, we had our monthly SNF Leadership meeting and I had just mentioned to the SNF team that on my schedule, I plan on meeting up with Pastor Chris Aloalii, and one of the SNF leaders said, it’s timely you mentioned it now because he just came by our Car Rental today! Although I had it written down that I plan on scheduling a meeting with him, I had no idea that God will orchestrate a better meeting place which was at the Digicel SNPF Plaza! He most certainly plans out our day and incorporates as a master planner! Thank you, Jesus!

Friends, there is a team coming from the United States of America that have been fundraising, praying and preparing for over a year to come to Samoa. I believe that they are genuinely sent by The Lord as an extension of his love and will share about the hope that is found only in Christ.
