WORSHIP NIGHT
On the last Wednesday program of 2020, we held a Worship Night to intentionally gather and celebrate God for an amazing year He walked us through! The weighty Glory of God filled the atmosphere as Emmanuel and Martin ministered in worship. Many wept as they encountered Holy Spirit in an intimate and personal way. As she prayed, Sanita shared a reminder that our praise is a weapon, and that God is fighting our battles on our behalf as we yield and surrender to Him in worship. She said, “He is fighting our battles for us as we sing and worship Him! As we come together tonight – know that tonight we will be ministering to the heart of the Father. We are not going to perform to strive to make things happen – we are going to be His children in His presence.” “I had a prayer in my heart to thank God for who He is. Psalms 127:1 says that unless the Lord builds a house, the builders build in vain. I am so grateful for the Lord tonight because if it weren’t for the Lord, we wouldn’t be here today. Tonight, I encourage you to thank God and acknowledge Him for watching and building in and through us this year. He has been so faithful to each one of us as individuals and to the Body of Christ as a whole. We thank you Jesus for your faithfulness in this year 2020!” Psalm 127:1 Unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labor in vain.Unless the LORD watches over the city, the guards stand watch in vain. During worship, Peace shared the scripture Psalms 149, saying, “Tonight is a worship night where we are coming together as the Body of Christ to purposely celebrate God. To celebrate His faithfulness, to worship Him in Spirit and in truth, and to give Him all the Glory! In this time as we exalt His Holy name – it’s all about Jesus! Thank you, Jesus!” Psalm 149Praise the LORD. Sing to the LORD a new song, his praise in the assembly of his faithful people. Let Israel rejoice in their Maker; let the people of Zion be glad in their King.Let them praise his name with dancing and make music to him with timbrel and harp. For the LORD takes delight in his people; he crowns the humble with victory. Let his faithful people rejoice in this honor and sing for joy on their beds. May the praise of God be in their mouths and a double-edged sword in their hands, to inflict vengeance on the nations and punishment on the peoples,to bind their kings with fetters, their nobles with shackles of iron, to carry out the sentence written against them-this is the glory of all his faithful people. Praise the LORD Thank you for joining us each Wednesday this year! We are very blessed to hear the amazing testimonies of breakthroughs and how you have been blessed through our weekly programs. We eagerly anticipate what the Lord has prepared for the coming season for 2021! TESTIMONY NIGHT
Men’s Night facilitators – Daniel Ngg Cho and Emmanuel Lemoa shared about the journey they have been on since the beginning of the year. Those who had been attending the Men’s Night program also testified and shared about the great work God had done in their lives, how they were encouraged, instructed, and edified through the sharing of the Word of God, and fellowshipping with like-minded men during these sessions, as well as the recent FitMan Conference (hosted by Pastor Lenny Solomona of One Touch Ministries). Sharing about how the Men’s Night program had built his confidence, brother Asuelu said, “Coming into this year, there has been such breakthrough I’ve received from God. I’ve gotten to discover who I am in God. When you know your identity, God can really use you for His Kingdom.” “I really thank God for the encouragement from brother Emmanuel and Daniel to take up the call and lead a night just for us men. From there I had such a big change in my heart, that’s where I gained the confidence to attend the FitMan Conference. The biggest breakthrough I have received is through the change in my lifestyle, being able to walk away from my old lifestyle is victory! I’m not saying that I’m finished – I’m still in the process. Like brother Emmanuel says-‘Enjoy your process.’ When you know your identity in God, those things that you think would be hard to change and shift can change through Him!” Brother Mae’a said, “When I first joined the Men’s Night and when I registered for the FitMan Conference, what I really wanted was to see how men pull down the Glory. It was such a different atmosphere to be a part of and I was able to witness how the Presence of God invades and experienced how men of God enter into the Glory when women are not in the room. It was amazing.” “What I took home were the passion and the giftings – we can be passionate about something but when we don’t have the gift, it’s not worth pursuing that passion. Pursue love and desire spiritual gifts and know that God gives gifts that compliment and go together with the passion he’s given you.” “If you don’t have the gifts to pursue that passion then it’s probably not for you. The other thing that was highlighted was our character – how to build our character. Talent can promote us but it’s our character that sustains us in that position.” Brother Larry shared how he was able to reflect on his life before he had committed to the call of God over him. “In the story of Jonah, we see that the Lord had told Jonah to go to Nineveh and deliver the message God had for the people who were living in sin. But Jonah ran away in the opposite direction. I believe that I was another Jonah- running from the calling that God had over my life to serve Him. But by the Grace of God, He has brought me right where I need to be.” “The Fit Man Conference was a blessing. Apostle Kosi Latu shared that if your mind and body are alright, but your spirit is not in the right place – there won’t be any change in your life. I also believe the Lord spoke to me about pride – that pride exalts itself above others and that Fitmen should not be prideful men but are to be like Jesus! Shoulders down, feet on the ground and Jesus wears the crown.” The highlight for brother Martin was growing and accepting the call of God over his life in the realm of praise and worship – as a worshiper! He said, “I want to thank brother Emmanuel and Daniel for their dedication, for sharing the Word of God. On the last night of our Men’s Night, we had a great time of worship, the atmosphere with the bond of the brothers together was amazing. It was the first time we really opened up to share with the brothers, discover what was in each person’s heart. A story that really stood out for me was the story of Jonah – Jonah ran away from God, in Jonah’s heart there was pride. He believed that Nineveh deserved the wrath of God as they were sinful people, he was judgmental, and I tell you I was convicted because it described my attitude. But I came to learn that is not the attitude or characteristic of God. The love of God is very different from the love of man. Man is quick to judge and condemn, but God by His Grace does not call us out by our sin.” “I thank God for this year. What a year! The key thing that I took away from this time is that when you think that you are not worthy or have no value – you are wrong! No matter the wrong decisions we have made in the past, I thank God that He values us.” Sharing his key takes from 2020 – facilitator Emmanuel said, “We are a spirit with a soul that lives in a body. There are 3 parts to man – spirit, soul, and body. For me, this year those areas were not as fit as I would have preferred. In our heart, there are 5 doors or access points – which are out of 5 senses – sight, smell, hearing, touch, and taste. Being fit in all areas means to focus on those senses which are critical to the health of our heart.” “Personally, the Lord was working on my hearing and what I was feeding my soul through my hearing. Last year when I would train, I would listen to (secular/non-edifying) music that sounded good, but this year it was something that I worked on.” “I know that my calling and gifting in worship flows through my hearing and what is stored on my heart. I realized that it is unhealthy for me to feed my soul with certain secular/non-edifying music and then lead the congregation into the Glory throughout the week. Glory to God. Something that I have picked up on this journey and was encouraged by the life of brother Daniel is that each time I would meet him, he would have his earphones in listening to sermons.” “When he talks it would be biblical and based on scripture and as I looked at his lifestyle, I noticed that he fed his heart, his soul on the Word – and the fruits don’t lie. I started doing the same, listening to worship music that encourages, edifies, and ministers to the soul.” Wrapping up with his highlights for this year – facilitator Daniel said, “Regarding the FitMan Conference – I went in with a totally different view of what success looked like. But at the Conference – as Apostle Kosi Latu shared, ‘The successful life is to do the will of God and fulfill the purpose of why you were created on earth for.’” “In our society, we value going to a good school; graduating with a degree; securing a good job; setting up our home, etc – they are not bad things, but why do you do what you do? Why do you even serve God? What do you want from God? Do you want to find out His purpose for your life? Or do you want to seek His hand so that he can bless you?” “After the Conference, I knew the difference; the vision of what success would look like for me. Apostle Kosi also shared that the way you can know your purpose is by looking at– What is something you are passionate about? What is something you are really good at? Do people affirm you? Do other people affirm your calling? When God has called you for something, He will send people to come alongside you to assist you in your calling.” Looking back, he said, “I was sitting and thinking on these things. I didn’t like standing and speaking in front of people since I was young. I’d always prefer to be in the back. But now that I know that God has called me to co-lead this Men’s Night, people have affirmed it. And yes, I am passionate about the Word of God. God has even brought Emmanuel alongside me to help fulfill this calling.” “So my encouragement to you is to find what you are good at. Find something that people affirm. God will bring the people. Don’t be scared to say YES to the call of God. God sent Arron along with Moses and He knows exactly what (or who) you need before you even ask. After hosting these Men’s nights – I came out knowing this is what I’m called to do -to co-lead with my brother Emmanuel. And that also goes together with preparation. When you know that God has called you for something – go and prepare for that. Prepare and dwell in the Presence and will of God!” Revelation 12:11- [And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony, and they loved not their lives unto the death.] To watch the full testimonies, checkout the REPLAY here:https://www.facebook.com/supernaturalfellowship/videos/166574781861962

PSALM 119
Mama Mindy Wiese shared a teaching on Psalm 119.
As she dissected each verse and stanza of the scripture, she explained how Psalm 119 – the written Word of God is a written guide to Holy and righteous living here on earth.
She said, “The Word of God is our road map, scripture says the Word of God is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path (Psalm 119:105). It shows us the way to go and the steps we take. As we study the Word, there may be some things that you don’t like to hear, but God is calling us deeper and desires for us to grow in His grace and His knowledge. We can’t grow unless we read and feed on the Word.”
“Psalms 119 is what they call an acrostic poem. There are 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet and under each letter, there are 8 verses. There are 176 verses in Psalm 119 and it is a beautiful love poem about the love for the Word of God and holds high words of wisdom.”
As Mama Mindy shared on the significance of each stanza and its application in our life – she also explained how important it is to read, understand and live out the Word of God as leaders in this generation, in our families, at work and wherever we have been called and positioned.
“Psalm 119 actually shows you the way so that we know THE WAY. This is a generation of leaders; you are leaders for your nation; age doesn’t matter. The Word shows us the way we can lead if we know Him intimately. I want you to know that God wants to encounter you in a way you have not known Him before. ”
“Why is it so important to know the Word intimately? It’s because as leaders we face reality, we face the change that happens faster than ever, in this world that we live in. We need to be adaptable, so we need to have timeless, principles, Godly integrity, and HOLINESS. We need to be me and women of God that are Holy and live out the Word of God.”
“Now can we keep all of the over 600 laws? Nope. Though we are not under the law, under Grace – we must understand that we do need to strive and be the best that God wants us to be. We cannot be one way on Wednesday night and another way every other day of the week. And if you are living two different lives, you are not living what He wants us to live. This is not to be judgmental, but to say that this is not what God wants for us, He has so much more!”
“If you hunger and thirst after righteousness, you shall be filled! (Matthew 5:6) I want you hungry for the Word of God, not for food – but for the Word of God.”
Psalm 119:1 [Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to the law of the LORD.]
Verse 1- “When you walk in the law of the Lord, His statutes, His precepts – as you do you are blessed.
If you are undefiled you can walk in the blessing. Some of the ways God has blessed you already are through favor, provision, peace – we are blessed people of the Lord. We are so blessed that sometimes we don’t even realize it. “
Psalms 119:2,3 [Blessed are those who keep his statutes and seek him with all their heart—they do no wrong but follow his ways.]
Verse 2&3 – “It’s talking about your whole heart. All your heart. I see the heart like a house with a bunch of doors. God asks for our whole heart, but maybe we are giving Him some rooms of our heart. God wants every room of your heart, He wants our anger, our bitterness, and those areas where no one knows about.”
“You don’t just keep on sinning. Are you going to struggle? YES. Are you human? YES. Do you have a flesh suit that you live in? YES. But if we walk in what God has for us, if we will seek Him with our whole heart, He will steady the path before us.”
Psalm 119:4 [You have laid down precepts that are to be fully obeyed.]
“We need to live a life of Holiness.
When I first became a Christian there was a movement in the US where people used to think that Holiness was measured by how you dressed. Women would be wearing long sleeves, no earrings, makeup or jewelry, and a long skirt down to the ankles.
Around that time, I had a pastor friend who said, ‘Firstly, if you’re lusting after someone’s short sleeves, you have a problem.’”
“Holiness is not how we dress. Some have religious thinking that the external determine the Holiness – but that is just being like the Pharisees. Holiness is righteous living. What makes us Holy is JESUS. We are made right in Him. ”
“Jesus makes us right. We can’t stay in our old ways; we have to change. That transformation in Christ is so powerful – not just our body and mind, but firstly the spirit man. Sometimes our flesh wants to take over- but since we worship God in spirit and in truth, therefore we need to be Holy.”
“I’m challenging YOU and MYSELF to get into this instruction book for how to live life God’s way. To live a righteous life in Christ is a choice and the Word of God will guide you.”
Psalm 119:105 – [Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.]
