About the Event
Fresh Hope Sunday 2026 is a free community outreach event scheduled for April 26, 2026, at the Government Building lawns in Apia. Organized by Supernatural Fellowship, this marks the second event of its kind following a successful inaugural outreach held in April 2024. The program features international guest speaker Pastor Brian Warth and his team from Chapel of Change Church, located in Los Angeles, America. This mission team is uniquely composed of individuals, including Pastor Brian himself, who have overcome pasts of crime, drugs, and violence. Their “Fresh Hope Samoa Missions” initiative focuses on sharing these personal testimonies of redemption to encourage those struggling with domestic violence, substance abuse, and identity issues. By combining gospel messaging with “Kingdom Culture”—including live music, dance, and a local car club showcase—the event offers a transformative experience of national renewal and hope for the entire family.

Fresh Hope Sunday 2024

The first Fresh Hope Sunday event was successfully held in 2024 through a collaborative partnership between Pastor Brian Warth’s ministry “Chapel of Change” and Apostle Cruise Westerlund’s ministry, Supernatural Fellowship, alongside several faith-based organizations that assisted in coordinating and facilitating the event. The outreach was further strengthened through the support and participation of local car clubs and the Ministry of Police. Below are some photos from the 2024 event highlighting these collaborations and community involvement.
